Diet Update.....

I guess that's what can happen when I don't cheat on a night off from work, and I am busy at work(running around a lot). :)
Today's Weight: 232.8 lbs.
Lost/Gained This Week: - 3.2 lbs.
Total Lost/Gained: - 19.6 lbs.
