(no subject)

A friend at work invited me, earlier in the week, to go see a stage show last night. I told her I would think about it and I would get back to her later in the week.
So of course I didn't see her any more during the week, and didn't know how to get ahold of her.
So I went to the show thinking I would run into her.
Guess who didn't go to the show?
The show was called Don't Dress For Dinner. It was pretty funny. I think the first act was better than the second. Not sure if that was the play itself, or the acting/directing of it.
I knew one person in the cast, and she had the best/funniest part. :)

I had a little car trouble on the way out of town after the show. This stupid car is getting so annoying.
It just died. I pulled over and let it sit for a minute or so and it started right up and I made it home without any further problems.

Now if LJ would just work.......

Lemon Squeeze

There once was a religious young woman who went to Confession. Upon entering the confessional, she

said, 'Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.' The priest said, 'Confess your sins and be forgiven.'

The young woman said, 'Last night my boyfriend made mad passionate love to me seven times.'

The priest thought long and hard and then said, 'Squeeze seven lemons into a glass and then drink the juice.'

The young woman asked, 'Will this cleanse me of my sins?'

The priest said, 'No, but it will wipe that smile off of your face.'
