Was it just me or was the reading of the Constituation in the House today a set up for a News blurb.
Right on cue when they got to the amendment about needing to be a naturalized citizen to be President, some lady in the gallery started screaming about Obama.
Repubs and Teabaggers take control, photo op anyone?

Hypocrisy Continues...

The Republicans/Teabaggers wanted to do a photo op of the House reading the Constitution because it is such a perfect document.


One little problem.........

They EDITED the Constitution. They left out parts of the Constitution.



Apparently, it's not that great of a document.

The Repubs/Teabaggers have put a woman in charge of the higher education sub commeittee who says the government should NOT fund education.

And just to show I am willing to beat up the Pres, here goes.....

Obama has appointed Bill Daley to be his White House chief of staff.

Bill Daley is a Wall Street banker and Lobbyist.

Once again Obama seems to be slapping his base in the face.
Daley signed on with the US Chamber of Commerce condemning the Wall Street reform.

Of course the Democrats "leaders" are rushing to say it's a good choice.

Gotta wonder how much Big Business will now have access to the White House?


You can say it's good the Pres is reaching out to the Center/Right, but what's the cost if the Left(me) is loosing support for you. And mine wasn't that strong to begin with.

Okay, Now for a personal/real entry...


Went back to Sports Medicine this morning for a follow up on my foot.
Doctor poked and proded and there was still some pain there.
So the doctor says he thinks we need to get an MRI and see what's going on inside.
Why do I get this sinking feeling that I am going to spend, after insurance, a few hundred dollars for nothing?
Doctor said if it doesn't really show anything we may be at the point where I will just have to have some pain. Yippy...
