The newer generation has no work ethic. The other night I was getting report from the evening aide and a surgical came back. I went to the room to help settle it, and the evening aide left. DUDE, technically your shift didn't get done for another 30 minutes. ARGH.......... A couple of days later, we had a patient show up right when I could have given report, but I went to help with that one and didn't leave right away. Meanwhile the day aides just stood around waiting for me to come give report. UGH.......
