Yeah, I'm honestly not a fan of taking Tylenol or other fever reducers unless I'm absolutely miserable and significantly over 101.  This is an on-going dispute between me and Russet, but I'm of the opinion of let the cold burn itself out faster and that suppressing it just prolongs it.  But honestly, Jon, it really sounds to me like you have the flu or something else.
