Apparently, I have found the point where exercise is required to keep losing weight and not just less food.
It's either that, or I have a LOT of snot in my lungs. :p

Only if I walk during my breaks at work, it cuts into my reading time, and it's not really weather season to be out walking here. lol...

After talking to people in my flist and also to my trainer in the gym I realized it was very common, because my body was switching fat for muscle, and muscle weights more than fat. So it was actually weird, because despite my clothes being more loose and using one size less after a month, I was weighing more than when I started. But it was because of the tonification. I lernt to read the scale carefully, soemtimes clothes tell us more the truth than the scale.
